This was an exceptional series. The first four novellas telling the story of Murderbot are fantastic. They are fast-paced, funny, and they tweak the geek gene for all of its sci-fi terminologies. I am a huge fan of this character, and cannot wait to read #5.

Not sure how Martha Wells’ Murderbot Diaries series escaped my attention before now, but I am thrilled to have discovered it! This is the first “book” in the series, more of a novella, really, but it was very good. I love this idea, a shy Security Unit that has given itself the name, Murderbot.
